In handling the affairs of Hong Kong and Macao,we will continue to implement the principles of "One Country,Two Systems","Hong Kong People Governing Hong Kong","Macao people Governing Macao" and "a High Degree of Autonomy",and strictly observe the Basic Law on Hong Kong and the Basic Law on will support the chief executives and regional governments of Hong Kong and Macao in governing their respective regions by will also tighten economic and trade links between the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong and Macao,while maintaining the long-term prosperity and stability of the two regions.
